STEP 1

NEEDS ANALYSIS: WE LISTEN TO YOU AND LOOK AT WHAT YOU NEED

During the first phase, we listen to you to find out more about your objectives and what you want; we also carry out a thorough analysis of the current situation:

  • Do the machines deliver the right quality at the desired speed?
  • Are the machines energy efficient?
  • Do they have the latest technology; do they meet the latest safety requirements?
  • Do heavy loads or repetitive and complex tasks need to be carried out?
  • Would you prefer to have your qualified employees work in a more efficient way?

Based on the diagnosis, we map out what is required to achieve your predetermined goal. We always work according to your needs. Every project consists of a combination of activities such as:

START ENGINEERING: MECHANICAL/ELECTRICAL/SOFTWARE

Electrical engineering

We work with the most recent version of EPLAN for the design of the electrical diagrams. The design is supplemented with cable and short-circuit calculations, thermal studies, etc.

Mechanical design

We use the latest technology to mechanically design the machine parts and robot cells in 3D. These designs can be extended with all the necessary calculations and simulations.

Industrial software

We develop tailor-made software to deliver the most modern control systems. We also have extensive knowledge of older controllers.

WE BUILD, IMPLEMENT AND TEST THE INSTALLATION EXTENSIVELY

INTROS has its own electrical panel construction department. This means we have full control over this part of the project in order to guarantee maximum flexibility and quality.

 

All the machine parts and robot cells are also assembled electro-mechanically as much as possible so they can be extensively tested in our workshop. After thorough testing of the entire system, we can begin installation in your company. Good, structured preparation on our part limits the start-up time to a minimum.

AFTER-CARE AND SERVICE: WE ARE NOT SATISFIED UNTIL YOU ARE

 

We always provide all the necessary documentation with the delivery of the new project. In addition, we also offer training to employees in the use of the applied controls and technologies. After an agreed evaluation period, we are happy to discuss the results together and compare them with the objectives from the start of the project. We are not satisfied until you are.
